1. Software & Plugins (Refund Eligibility)
- We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for our premium WordPress plugins (e.g., Smart SMS Notify Pro, WhatsApp Widget Pro) based on the following license types:
- Annual Subscriptions: If the plugin fails to function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Lifetime Access: For products purchased with a Lifetime License, the same 30-day refund window applies. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued as you have permanent access to the software and future updates.
- Renewals: Payments for annual license renewals are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has commenced.
2. Professional Services (Non-Refundable)
UniSchool (PVT) LTD provides specialized ICT and educational services.
- Policy: Payments for professional services, including custom development, system integrations, and educational training, are strictly non-refundable.
- Reasoning: These services involve dedicated manpower and professional time from the point of engagement.
3. Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee:
- You must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the request.
- Our technical support team in Piliyandala must be given an opportunity to troubleshoot any functional errors.
- Refunds are not granted for “change of mind” once a license key has been activated.
4. Intellectual Property & License Termination
Upon a successful refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated. Any continued use of UniSchool (PVT) LTD software without a valid license is a violation of our intellectual property rights and will lead to legal action.
